Wallace Group is proud to have had the opportunity to contribute to Prineville’s new affordable housing development - Barnes Butte Vista. We provided environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, and construction materials testing services for this 44-unit development. This project includes eight two-story buildings and one single story building with car and bicycle parking, a clubhouse and play area. We would like to congratulate the owner (Housing Works), design team (Doug Circosta Architect, Massaad Engineering Group, D’Agostino Parker), and contractor (R&H Construction) on the successful completion of this housing project. Not only is this project an asset to the community, but it also has a positive impact on residents. Barnes Butte Vista was listed in Cascade Business News’ 2022 Top Projects Central Oregon Style. It's been a privilege to have contributed to the teamwork and creativity that went into this project, and the result is truly stunning. Well done!
