Wallace Group team members attended the ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration to recognize Bend’s new air traffic control tower. The new air traffic control tower at Bend Municipal Airport, a 115-foot-tall facility was designed to enhance safety and efficiency at one of Oregon’s busiest airports. The tower represents years of planning and investment, providing air traffic control services, advanced communications equipment, weather monitoring systems, and improved operational oversight for the more than 140,000 annual aircraft movements at the airport.
Wallace Group is proud to have provided construction materials testing and special inspection services for this landmark infrastructure project, helping support its successful completion.
