Roy Ruch has more than 35 years of experience conducting special inspections on numerous private, commercial, and public works building projects.  He also gained construction experience in civil engineering design work prior to becoming a special inspector. As an American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector for 30 years, Roy has not only been involved with field and shop structural welding projects, but also numerous pipelines and refinery welding projects. 

Roy moved to Bend in 2013 to pursue a career with Wallace Group as a Special Inspection and Welding Inspector.  In his spare time Roy enjoys hiking and skiing when he’s not watching opera.
