As a project design and construction team member, our staff provide earthwork monitoring, foundation preparation, and civil site development services to support our geotechnical engineering role. During construction, our special inspectors and technicians observe, monitor, test and document various elements including asphalt, reinforced concrete, structural masonry, structural steel erection, bolting, welding, wood framing and sheathing, fire-stop penetrations, and spray-applied fire resistant materials (SFRM & thin film intumescent paint).
In addition, we also provide Floor flatness/Floor levelness (Ff/Fl), vapor emissions, and pull-out testing, as well as investigatory evaluations for conformance with International Building Code (IBC) and project plans and specifications. Our decades of experience and long-term relationships with building officials add extra value to clients in the transportation, energy, water, industrial, institutional, commercial and governmental markets throughout the Pacific Northwest.
